Designed by our qualified run coach these sessions are designed to help you get from 0km-5km running. We love beginners who want to learn to run and encourage you to join this group of like minded runners to be. Our coach will take you on easy, social jogs and teach you the techniques you will need to get to your first 5km’s.
Intermediate to Advanced Running
Designed by our Athletics Australia advanced run coach, Lydia Palmieri, this session will take you from 5km to marathon by improving your speed, endurance and fitness. Each session will be different and include hills, intervals, fartlek runs and more.
