H&T Class Formats

H&T Power Punch is an exciting new program exclusive to Hustle & Thrive. Combining a partnered boxing circuit with a dynamic weights and resistance circuit, this 45 minute session is guaranteed to get every muscle in your body firing – and will send your heart rate soaring!

H&T Strong is a 45 minute circuit, strength based training session designed to target all areas of your body. A mix of weighted and body weight exercise combined in a fun, effective format. Different exercises and different formats every week.

Beginners Running

Designed by our qualified run coach these sessions are designed to help you get from 0km-5km running. We love beginners who want to learn to run and encourage you to join this group of like minded runners to be. Our coach will take you on easy, social jogs and teach you the techniques you will need to get to your first 5km’s.

Intermediate to Advanced Running

Designed by our Athletics Australia advanced run coach, Lydia Palmieri, this session will take you from 5km to marathon by improving your speed, endurance and fitness. Each session will be different and include hills, intervals, fartlek runs and more.

H&T Boxing  is a partnered cardio boxing program that is a fun, fast way to get fit – and enjoy yourself in the process! We focus on safe and proper form, with regressions provided for beginners, as well as progressions for intermediate-to-advanced clients. Our high intensity programs will get your heart rate soaring, with clients burning up to 700 calories in a single 45 minute session! Also exclusive to Hustle & Thrive is Power Punch, a 45 minute circuit class combining weights and boxing. Our coaching team will make you feel welcome and supported, and will guide you through each boxing class from start to finish.

Warning! Metafit will seriously change your body! You will burn fat, tone up, get stronger, get fitter and leaner within a matter of weeks. This training combines traditional body-weight exercises with the latest interval and tabata technologies to set the metabolism on fire. It is suitable for beginners through to the advanced fitness enthusiast.

Fatburn Extreme is a 20-minute workout, scientifically proven, to maximise results in minimum time. Boost metabolism, improve speed & power with bodyweight.

Working to maximum intensity you will burn body fat for hours after this session as your metabolism is on fire. Suitable for all levels of fitness!

MetaPWR is a metabolic workout using functional kit and exercises mixed with our unique brand of metafit timings, commands and music for a 30 minute power workout. Think medicine balls, ropes, sandbags, kettle bells and ballistic movements to build power! Not for the faint hearted!

HIITSTEP is a NEW and innovative 30 minute HIIT exercise class using only bodyweight and a STEP.It has been developed using the expertise and experience from those that have competed for and worked with Team GB. Spin Express is a super cardio workout on the spin bike to get you fit fast! 30 mins of great tunes, heart pumping spin. We run a super fun silent spin class like you’ve never experienced. Pop our headphones on and be prepared to get caught up in the ride of your life. All levels welcome, no experience or other equipment needed.

MetaPro is a new, cutting-edge, exercise and sports science led workouts to challenge you whilst sticking to the core Metafit HIIT training principles. Higher intensity PRO12 workouts, specific PT tracks, with varied exercises and combinations to give you measurable goals, targets and specific 1 to 1 coaching techniques. New Speed, Agility & Quickness (SAQ) workouts that will challenge classes with sport based skills and drills in a HIIT class format.

H&T’s own GLUTES AND CORE strengthening and activation classes will leave your glutes and abs burning and well fired up while having a fun workout along the way. The glutes are the biggest muscle group in the body and we often overlook them which can then potentially lead to injury. The core is the centre of our foundation and support for our backs. Get your booty along to these great 45 minute classes.

The Hustle is H&T’s very own 30 mins of strength and cardio to target your whole body. This session is combination of heavy weights with only 5 exercises followed by a high intensity 12 min METAPRO session. When you want to take your training to the next level, jump into this super session.

Yoga Flow is the yin to the yang of HIIT.

A flowing hatha based yoga that cultivates connection of movement with breath.

The yoga flow class integrates static postures as well as the opportunity to explore yoga in a mindful flowing sequence moving from pose to pose. Find a balance between strength and flexibility, mindfulness techniques and restore balance within the body. This class is perfect for those wanting to explore how mindful movements can create balance and improve connection to themselves.
