We have a passion for fitness that goes way beyond the coaching side of things. We delight in the small things: nailing a new workout, having a laugh with our clients, getting some new equipment and of course getting smashed by our own coaching team… our clients enjoying watching that too, some a little too much!
We love balance: fitness and health is important to us, but so is coffee – of which we enjoy an above average daily quota – spending time with our families and laughing with our friends. Oh, and shopping…we like that too!

Nope. The beauty of our classes is that they can be tailored from beginners right up to an elite athlete level. Our coaches will ensure that you understand the exercises and they are modified or progressed depending on your experience.
If you’re injured, make sure you tell the coach so they can modify the program to suit your requirements.
A water bottle and towel is all you need. Everything else you need is supplied.
No – we were all beginners once.
Our coaching staff are there to teach you everything you need to know. We especially love meeting new people and helping them to get started.
That of course depends on the class you’ve registered for. We have a variety of HIIT classes which use your own bodyweight for resistance and load (Metafit, Fatburn, Insanity). Our strength and P90x classes, you’ll use free-weights.
What is guaranteed is that each class is effective…and loads of fun!
