Real results

Health reasons pushed me into taking better care of myself mentally & physically & now here I am 50kg lighter, at 48 years old living my best life by being the healthiest, fittest, strongest version of myself possible. This is not a diet or a get fit quick scheme, this is my lifestyle…good healthy food (with the occasional treat) & consistent varied exercise with the most amazing group of trainers & people at Hustle & Thrive! Consistency is the key!!! I have achieved so much, set myself fitness goals to aim towards & love it when I absolutely smash them. My goals for 2019 are a 60km coast trek in May & a half marathon in July!!

I’ve have been coming to H&T for nearly 3 years now. My journey, like anyone’s, started out being unhappy with where I was at after having 2 beautiful children.

I felt like I needed to get back to me.

Hustle and Thrive has been the most rewarding place to train, with the amazing community that is built around me. When I first started coming I was bringing my two kids which was the biggest benefit being so kid friendly. The coaches are amazing and are great support to help achieve my goals. I absolutely love the meal plans and how it guides us to a better way of life. Over that time I have lost 25kg and feel better than ever. Training at Hustle and Thrive is now just apart of my everyday normal routine and I wouldn’t change that with so many classes every day to choose from! They say to surround yourself with people that reflect who you want to be an how you want to feel, energies are contagious.
