    During her four years in the conflict-ridden Middle East, Ainslie witnessed how the gym served as a unifying haven for people from diverse backgrounds. This experience ignited her passion for fitness and teaching, which she can't imagine life without.

    With Cert III and IV qualifications, Ainslie provides high-energy coaching, prioritising technique and form while keeping things upbeat with a smile and a giggle. She's addicted to the endorphin rush, finding solace and vitality in exercise as she ages.

    Liesbeth, originally from Belgium but now a Melbourne resident for 7 years, is a physiotherapist and women's health coach. She's also one of the trainers at H&T. Her passion for physio and functional training led her to personal training and coaching, where she enjoys sharing her specialised knowledge about the body and injury prevention through exercise. Liesbeth firmly believes that exercise is medicine.

    In her classes, you can count on her emphasis on proper form and functional movement. Her goal is to ensure everyone leaves the class with a big smile on their face.

    Sweating while singing is a part of Amelia’s DNA. She's been dancing and singing around her lounge room since age 3, and she's played competitive sports for over two decades. Amelia embraced the 90s aerobics craze and never looked back. Witnessing how even short bursts of exercise can produce endorphins that last for days in people is her delight.

    While she's been a gym enthusiast her whole adult life, she found her community at H&T. When she’s not coaching Spin, Step, or HIIT classes, she's right there sweating alongside you. Rest assured, she'll be grooving to the beat, always finding the perfect rhythm for any exercise.

    Sonia teaches Boxing, Pilates, Strength, and HIIT at Hustle & Thrive. Her fitness journey began with Tori in 2016 when she couldn't do a proper bodyweight squat. Caitlin became her first workout partner, and together they've grown the Boxing program. She's proud of her dedicated clients who have progressed over the years. Sonia's classes are energetic and fun, and she's added a relaxed vibe to the Thrive 45 Pilates program, focusing on mindful movements. Her aim is to make her clients smile, even with the occasional dad joke during class!

    Sandra's fitness journey began after university. She's always had a love for team sports (she's still playing basketball), but it was her first 10km run that truly hooked her—hooked on endorphins, the sense of achievement, and the drive to go further and get faster.

    Joining a run group opened doors to strength training, boxing, boot camp, and HIIT. Sandra has now earned qualifications in Boxing, Metafit, HIITSTEP, and Strength. Her true passion lies in inspiring people to embrace fitness and discover their own passions. Crafting the perfect workout playlist is a priority for her, spending hours curating the tunes. Sandra understands the journey from starting at zero, but she also knows the incredible rewards, including the friendships forged along the way!

    Eve's lifelong passion for fitness includes training in various disciplines like powerlifting, CrossFit, HIIT, gymnastics, yoga, and long-distance running. However, her true love is strength training, where she enjoys lifting heavy weights and maximising her strength. She thrives on training with others, fuelled by their energy and determination.

    As a caring trainer, she emphasises technique and pushes clients to excel. In her classes, you'll step out of your comfort zone, achieve the unexpected, and have fun with some laughter. Witnessing clients progress, like achieving their first unassisted pull-up, excites her the most.

    Catherine joined H&T as a client in 2019, drawn in by the workouts and staying for the community spirit. She loves working out with friends, sharing encouragement, and celebrating together.

    Spin classes combine her passion for high-energy cardio and eclectic music taste, influenced by Fleetwood Mac, Prince, Billy Joel, and 90s boy bands, with a soft spot for heavy rock like Metallica and Nirvana. Catherine's spin playlists keep the energy high, matching movement to the beat, delivering that cherished post-spin endorphin rush.

    Beyond spin, Catherine enjoys karaoke-style workouts, attending live music events with her musician partner, spending quality time at home with their two pampered cats, and creating delicious dishes in the kitchen.
