Caitlin - Hustle & Thrive co-founder

For as long as I can remember, being active has made me feel alive and happy. Always a participant in a range of sporting endeavours (including competition-grade sport), fitness has been a constant throughout my life. Happy exercise endorphins are something I can’t live without… and I think everyone should be able to experience them too!

I love making everyone feel welcome and happy – you’ll definitely be greeted with a smile from me when you walk into H&T.

My approach in the gym reflects my approach to life. If you can build up your confidence and trust in yourself to push your upper limits, get a little uncomfortable… that’s where the magic happens. You’ll be amazed at what you can achieve in all other areas of your life.

When you join me on the gym floor there’ll be fun, sweat, laughter and goals smashed! And when I’m not coaching you, you’ll find me sweating up a storm right next to you. I have trouble leaving the gym!

some fun facts about caitlin

  • “If you see someone without a smile, give them one of yours.”

  • Last minute heroics. I work truly best at the last minute. give me a short deadline and watch me go!

  • The quiet achievers – the ones who give their best, not expecting credit or praise, but day after day move towards achieving their goals.

  • Cardio is my true love. Give me a sprint, burpee, skater and I can’t help but try and push into that magical red zone. And I love a bit of competition…. come and join me for that sprint finisher.

  • Shopping. Clothes, homewares, (I once dabbled in interior design), sneakers… the only shop I don’t love is the supermarket, but even then I can still have some fun!

  • My extensive Nike gym shoe collection… I’ve a shoe for every outfit.

  • Is rosè a food?

  • Anything upbeat. Though anything with a strong beat is good… the stronger the beat, the faster I’ll go.
