After an epiphany around a decade ago, I decided to U-turn my career into fitness. I just love getting people moving and seeing them achieve fitness goals that they never thought possible. I love hearing that I’ve changed someone’s life through exercise and that my classes have helped them mentally.
Group fitness became my absolute go-to for coaching about 8 years ago when I started as a bootcamp instructor (so much fun!), and this culminated in me opening my own group fitness business.
What can you expect from my sessions? Well, at the end of my classes, I want my clients to feel mentally and physically stronger and ready to take on anything… with a little bit of eyeball sweat along the way.
